The boys’ varsity soccer started its season in early November and already chalked up a 2-1 victory against Gables on November 9^th. . Coach Zuniga credits the team’s goalie Marvin Alvarez with an outstanding performance. On November 4^th, the team lost 5-1 against Columbus. Forward Ronald Dubon made the team’s only goal. On November 6^th, the team had another loss (3-0) against Southwest.

Coach Zuniga believes the team is losing games because of their behavior and their grades. “They violate the school’s uniform policy and want to skip. They think that just because they are athletes, they get special treatment, but in reality all they get is intense punishment,” he said.
