Sting for a Day
On Nov. 18, 2015 Miami High invited over 100 middle school students from Coral Way K-8, Shenandoah Middle School, Ponce de Leon Middle School, and Kinloch Middle School to visit our campus and to see what it was like to be a “Sting for a Day!”
The students toured the school, visited elective classes such as art and automotive technology class, and got to see the Law magnet’s courtroom.
After lunch, the students were taken to the gym and were surprised with a full-fledged Miami High pep rally with the clubs showing their club spirit, the band performing their flamboyant music, and the cheering groups exciting the students.
