Future Educators of America (F.E.A.) advisor Ms. Berrios reports that F.E.A. had their first meeting on Tuesday, September 6th where they discussed various topics regarding the upcoming school year. Their homecoming theme is “Crash Bandicoot” and their Historian Committee will lead their homecoming efforts. Also, F.E.A.’s current chapter President Ariel Trueba recently got nominated by Ms. Berrios to run for State President.

This year F.E.A. also plans to attend its Regional Conference at Florida International University in November. The club will participate in various competitive events such as: writing a creative non-fiction book, spotlight on an educational professional, creative lecture, impromptu speaking, a leadership in education essay, and an ethical dilemma.
