Baseball Coach Mr. Bonilla reports that as of April 21, the team’s record is 12-10. The baseball season began in February and it ends in late April. He states that the team’s greatest win was against Hialeah Miami Lakes because they were a very good solid team. He adds that their toughest loss was against Coral Park because they did not play very well and Coral Park was a team that they couldn’t beat.  

   A player that he wanted to recognize was Mackeel Roberts, a senior pitcher and 2^nd baseman. Coach Bonilla said, “He is our best player.” His opinion about the 2021 season was, “It was more of a learning experience especially with Covid.” However, the outlook for next season looks real good.  Coach Bonilla said, “We’re going to lose two seniors, but we are going to get back our 8 starters.  What he wants Miami High students to know about his team is, “they are characterized kids and they are great citizens.” (By Andre Brown)
