On November 20^th Miami Senior Highs debate team got a privilege that only a few schools in the country get to experience. Thanks to the University of Miamis’ urban debate league, Debate Coach Ms. Suarez, and various students, they participated in a parliament style debate in which the speakers consider alternative methods of justice before forgiveness and vice versa from Rwanda’s debate team. This heated discussion invited students to interact with and ask questions after the debate.
