The girls basketball team is one relentless group of girls. Their summer encompassed many events and group activities. They attended 2 basketball camps, one at Florida Atlantic University and another at the prestigious University of Miami. Both were paid for through the team’s fundraising and some grand donations. It doesn’t stop there, however.

The team practiced Monday through Friday since summer commenced, while conditioning for the team didn’t officially begin until September.  Coach “Boozer” Baumgarten said he is excited to have 9 new freshmen on the team who trained with him over the summer. He added, “We’re looking forward to redemption, and I’m extremely excited to move forward with this team.”
