TV production teacher Dr. Underwood’s students continuously record all Miami High sports games throughout the year. However, they have a lot more on their plate than just that. Throughout December they will be participating in a competition that requires a 30 second PSA (public service announcement) for the Miami Dade Water Department. The winner will get their PSA shown in theaters. Furthermore, they completed an “Anti-Vaping” PSA for Miami-Dade County Public Schools in the first week of December. Additionally, they will be creating a “Kinder Vision” PSA as an entrance to the Miami Dade Public Schools “The Greatest Save” competition.
