There’s a new addition to Sting Town, head football coach Mr. Dorrean James who is eager to start the ‘23-’24 school year. Coach DJ is not a stranger to coaching football, having coached at Miami Coral City High School for 3 years, Miami Northwestern for 1 year, and Booker T. Washington High School for 8 years.
Coach DJ played football in high school and at the University of South Florida. He tore both ACLs in both knees, had a broken wrist, and dislocated both shoulders. Because he sustained so many injuries, it prevented him from playing football professionally.
