Mu Alpha Theta advisor Ms. Munguia reports that members recently participated in two math competitions: SECME Math Challenge and The Meeting of the Math Minds. Mu Alpha Theta has meetings every third Thursday where members sign up to tutor students in different math subjects. Ms. Munguia wants all Stingarees to know that the club is currently accepting applications for new members in room 1213. For students to join, they must be enrolled in an honors or AP math course and must have at least a B+ cumulative math GPA and a 3.0 overall GPA. (by Daniela Same)
