La comida es importante para todo ser viviente ya que sin ella moririas, pero debes de saber alimentarte porque es malo comer en exeso como tener una baja alimentacion.

Muchos alumnos prefieren comida la cual no aparece en las recomendaciones de los medicos. Por ejemplo, el sitio web “El COMERCIO”, se recomienda siempre que el almuerzo incluya alguna ensalada de vegetales crudos o salteados.

Es importante que presenten una variedad de colores, ya que cada color tiene diferentes propiedades. Sin embargo, para Jefferson Aleman de 11 grado, su comida favorite es el pastel.

Para Oscar Torres de 12 grado su comida favorite son los espaguetis y la pizza mientras al estudiante David Vecino de 10 grado lo que le gusta son los tacos.

La comida saludable tiene muchas ventajas. Por ejemplo el maestro de biologia Sr. Mendez dijo: “Estas comidas tienen muchas vitaminas y nutrients. Tambien aumentan la productividad.”

Pero, si la comida saludable es tan buena, por que no las comen con entusiasmo los adolecentes? Sr. Mendez dice, “Su sabor no es tan rico comparado a la comida chatarra”.

Todos evitamos alguna comida porque no nos gusta o porque nos hace daño. Por ejemplo Ernesto Arbolaes de 10 grado dice “Yo evito comer chocolate porque es una comida la cual engorda mucho”.

La estudiante Meilin Labrada de 10 dice”evito la comida chatarra ya que esta no da nada bueno para tu cuerpo”.

El estudiante Osleady Garlobo de 9 grado dijo” Yo evito comer cosas del McDonalds porque estas comidas engordan mucho.”

Food is important for every living being because without it you would die, but you should know how to feed yourself because it is bad to eat in excess as having a low diet.

Many students prefer food which does not appear in the recommendations of the doctors. For example, the website “El COMERCIO” is recommended if the lunch includes a salad of raw or sautéed vegetables.

It is important that they your meal presents a variety of colors, since each color has different properties. However, for Jefferson Aleman of 11th grade, his favorite food is pie.

For Oscar Torres of the 12th grade, his favorite food is spaghetti and pizza while David Vecino, 10th grade student, likes tacos.

Healthy food has many advantages. For example, biology teacher Mr. Mendez said: “These foods have many vitamins and nutrients. They also increase productivity. ”

But, if healthy food is so good, why do not adolescents eat it enthusiastically? Mr. Mendez says, “Its taste is not as rich compared to junk food.”

We all avoid some food because we do not like it or because it hurts us. For example, Ernesto Arbolaes of 10th grade says, “I avoid eating chocolate because it is a meal which makes you very fat”.

Student Meilin Labrada of 10th says “I avoid junk food because it does not give anything good for your body”.

The 9th grade student Osleady Garlobo said “I avoid eating McDonalds things because these meals get very fat.”
