The football team has played 4 varsity games and won two and lost two.  On November 14, the Stingarees beat Miami Jackson High School 46-0.  

   On November 6th, the Stingarees lost to Columbus High School 42-6. On September 29th, the Stingarees beat Southwest High School 16-6. On September 22, the Stingarees lost to American High School 22-6.  

   The team practices Monday through Wednesday or Thursday depending on the date of the upcoming game. The next game will be against Miami Norland High School on November 19 at 7:00 PM.  

   According to the Head Coach Wendol Philord,  “I’m proud of you boys! But as you can see, we have a lot of cleaning up to do. Young fellas, we have to grow up fast; this is varsity football, it’s a different beast. Once the film is updated, watch and learn from it. “
