The Communication Arts Club is mainly working on the yearbook since we have only 5 months till this school year is over and seniors graduate and start heading to college. According to Communication Arts Club Supervisor Ms. Idania Diaz, the club will be taking photos for the yearbook after school. After students receive their GPA, club members plan to contact seniors with the highest GPA’s letting them know they will be in the Summa, Magna, and Cum Laude group photos. Top 10 Students and Silver Knights will have individual pictures taken. Ms. Diaz reports that about 250 yearbooks will be published, which becomes chaotic since “We have over a thousand students and teachers here in Miami Senior High who want to purchase the yearbook, and they tend to sell out quite fast,” she said. (By Alejandra Estrada)
