Club advisor Ms. Wilson reports that Miami Senior High’s Black Student Union is keeping busy with their ongoing schedule and providing different activities for their members and even nonmembers. Their second meeting of the year will take place on October 19th for their members. After homecoming, Ms. Wilson has planned a resume and college workshop open to all Miami High students.
There will also be a chance for students of all grade levels to work on building their community service hours. Throughout October, they will be collecting donations of school supplies. Make sure to participate not only to serve your community, but to also be graduation-ready with those community service hours.
