Spanish Honor Society president Rocio Pelaez is happy to report that the club has been very busy this school year. In early fall, in a collaboration with Culture Club, a Hispanic food fair took place during lunch. A variety of different clubs brought food from different countries to display their cuisines. Soon after that, there was also a round table of discussion of Hispanic professionals which included our TV production teacher Mr. Amaya, a lawyer, a banker, and an executive. Other activities included: a door decorating contest and a Ms. Hispanidad pageant to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month.
