Mr. Padilla, sponsor of FBLA for Miami Senior High, is proud to announce that enrollment in FBLA has been increasing steadily both state and district wide. Unfortunately, this means it’s more difficult to quality for State competitions. However, in January 2025, of the 38 students that competed for our school, 22 qualified for state, entailing a 58% acceptance rate! “This is the best performing group in my seven years as an advisor,” said Mr. Padilla. FBLA will only be able to take 20 students with them to the State Leadership Conference on March 28-31. The students who attend won’t be missing any class as the conference is the second weekend of Spring Recess. They will return Monday on a teacher planning day.
