MAJ Sanchez and 1SG Guerrero, the JROTC instructors, are proud to announce that coming to the end of the 24-25 school year, the JROTC program has earned 14,000 community service hours.
Also, the annual senior banquet that will honor the 18 senior Cadets that will graduate, will be held on May 9th. The award ceremony that rewards the cadets who achieved many great accomplishments will be held on May 19th, and the field day that’s held for all the Cadets and their hard work that they did throughout the year will be held on May 29th.
They are preparing for the summer camps: June 9-13th, 21 Cadets will be attending the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) AT CAMP La-Noche. 2 Cadets will attend a STEM camp at Nova University in Broward County, and 2 Cadets will attend the National Flight academy at Pensacola Naval Station in Pensacola, Florida.
Finally, students that would like to become a member of the JROTC program (9-10th) must see guidance counselor Dr. Flores to request admission to the program for the 25-26 school year.
