FBLA advisor Mr. Padilla reports that the club has had successful and productive moments during the 2025-2026 school year. The beginning of the school year began with active recruitment during the club fair and accomplished the club’s goal by a high enrollment of about 41 new members.

Mr. Padilla is also happy about the events that happened for the club compared to other years. For FBLA, one of them was placing 4th place out of 25 chapters in District 24. The club is also proud of accomplishments such as state leadership conference with 20 attendees.

Excellent and ambitious club members also took part in the success for FBLA. Mr. Padilla would like to recognize Alessandro De Palma, Denis Incer, Nathalie Hernandez, and Mariana Zapata.

The 2025-2026 officers were Angelica Pulicari as President, Alison Soriano as Parliamentarian, Claudia Lacayo as 2nd Historian, Denis Lopez as 1st Vice President, Bridget Martinez as 2nd Vice President, Stephanie Martinez as Treasurer, Lee Martinez-Molina as Lead Historian, and Chanel Mercedes as Secretary.

This upcoming school year’s officers will be Denis Incer as President, Jeremiah Moncada as Vice President IOC, Alan Mora as Vice President of service funding, Harold Zubermolina as Vice President of competitions, Chanel Mercedes as Secretary, Franklin Santos as Treasurer, Lee Martinez-Molina as Lead Historian, Clau Soza as Historian, Mariana Zapata and Alison Soriano as Historians.

Mr. Padilla states that this year’s biggest challenges were money and fundraiser issues. He also stated that the club’s main target and plans for the new school year will be more fundraisers.
