EHS’ Valentine’s Day Literary Grams were a success! The grams, priced at $2 each, were roses made of newspaper with a short poem attached. According to treasurer Mingli Yactayo, the club raised $80 in total from sales.

The club’s most recent meeting on February 26 discussed “The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock” by T. S. Eliot. The topic of the next meeting will be the short story “Where are You Going, Where Have You Been?” by Joyce Carol Oates.

EHS is also encouraging students to attend the Best Buddies Friendship Walk on March 17, and to donate books and coloring books to room 3229 for FEA’s Supply Drive and earn community service hours at a rate of 1 hour per item.
