The girls’ volleyball team is getting ready to start their first game of the season on August 24, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. for JV and 6:30 p.m. for varsity, at the Miami High gym. According to assistant coach Mr. Samuel Puentes, they practiced all summer for their season, and with the star players from last year’s varsity team all gone, there was space for the younger girls to show that they belong in varsity this year. The girls’ volleyball team is also having try outs on August 23, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. in the gym.
