Although basketball and football seasons are over, the cheerleaders’ work isn’t done. Varsity cheerleader Jasmine Perez, a junior, reports that on February 14th they cheered their last game of basketball season, but there are Spring and Senior pep rallies coming up where the cheerleaders will be performing. If you want to join the cheer team, they will hold tryouts in April. So go out and try out, show them your talents. Besides that, they also have nine seniors on the team ready for the new world of cheerleading. Let’s wish them luck and keep showing your Sting Pride.
